We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. This policy applies to non-food products such as beauty and home innovation items.

Food Product Policy

Because our food items are perishable and sensitive to temperature and freshness, we do not accept returns or exchanges once opened or consumed. This is to prevent any risk of contamination or degradation in product quality.

If your food item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@bagisglobal.com within 4 weeks of delivery for a review. We will assist you with a refund, replacement, or store credit if applicable.

Return Conditions (for Beauty & Home Products)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@bagisglobal.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
