All BAGIS products are made in Korea under strict quality control standards.
Shipments are delivered safely via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL from our warehouses in both Korea and the United States.
We strictly comply with FDA and allergen regulations.
However, because ingredient compositions vary by product, we recommend checking the Nutrition Facts on each product page before purchase.
If you have severe allergies, please contact us for detailed ingredient verification before ordering.
Most BAGIS food products have a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
All items are clearly labeled with an expiration date, and expired products are never sold.

with a photo of the date label for immediate review.

The boxes of various packets are also composed of each packet by considering the cost-effectiveness.
Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Depending on your location, delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days via DHL, UPS, or USPS.

Once dispatched, the address cannot be modified, but our team can assist in coordinating with the carrier if needed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it within 48 hours.
Tracking may take additional time to update depending on the courier.
Customs duties and import taxes vary by country.
In some regions (like Canada), duties may apply to orders exceeding certain values.
In addition, the United States currently imposes a 15% reciprocal tariff on certain imported goods, which may affect total import costs.
BAGIS cannot control these local or national regulations, but we do everything possible to make customs clearance smooth and transparent.
Because our products include food, beauty, and home items, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been opened or used.
⚠️ For food products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances once opened, due to the risk of contamination or quality degradation after the seal is broken.
